🐣 Easter Holiday Camp – Parent Information

Welcome to our Easter Holiday Camp at SOL Sports Coaching – a fun, active and safe environment where children can stay engaged, build confidence and make new friends during the school holidays.

Our Easter Camp is designed for primary school-aged children of all abilities. Each day includes:

😊 Confidence building in a positive, supportive environment

Children are grouped appropriately by age to ensure activities are engaging, inclusive and suitable for their development stage.

Your child’s safety is our top priority.

All coaches are DBS checked

Staff are First Aid trained

Fully insured and safeguarding compliant

Clear sign-in and sign-out procedures

Structured daily schedule with regular breaks

We create a safe space where children feel comfortable, supported and encouraged.

🥪 What to Bring

Please ensure your child brings:

A packed lunch (nut-free)

Water bottle (named)

Weather-appropriate clothing

Trainers (no crocs or sandals)

Coat or sun hat depending on forecast

We recommend labelling all belongings.
